Simoriah Stogner

Board Member

When envisioning a future technology executive, do you visualize a homeless child or a runaway teenage mother? Growing up in a cycle of poverty and addiction, Simoriah Stogner, as a seventh-grade child, would often imagine a better life for herself. Transitioning from one challenging situation to another, she was both scared and determined to carve a path towards the security and stability she yearned for as a young girl. Prior to her 17-year career in tech that's spanned nine enterprise technology service areas and five leadership promotions, Sim dismissed technology as a career option. One interaction with a recruiter who clearly spoke a different language, and the door was closed. Thankfully, Simoriah reopened it and entered a world filled with opportunity and stability that forever altered her trajectory. Now Simoriah shares compelling narratives that serve as a reminder to everyone about the significant impact they can have on others through their mindsets and actions. Those who meet Sim, walk away with a better understanding of the benefits of letting their vision and purpose drive them through being uncomfortable to become comfortable — leading them to make meaningful connections that help make their dreams come true.
